Andy Protzman
Andy Protzman founded Kansas City Injury Law Group to give the ordinary person a voice in the battle with large corporate entities and to fight the greed of insurance companies.
For 10 years, Andy was a member of a highly respected law firm where he represented some of the world’s largest corporations and insurance companies in complex commercial and product liability litigation. He learned invaluable lessons about how the most sophisticated businesses and their attorneys strategically approach legal disputes.
Now, Andy uses the insights he gained from representing insurance companies in your fight against those companies. Too often, large businesses use their size and resources to take advantage of people, whether it is in the course of business dealings or by denying legitimate claims for compensation and damages. Andy has made it his life’s work to fight for the common person against the behemoths of corporate industry.
Andy’s experience includes representing clients in numerous multi-week jury and bench trials involving sophisticated claims ranging from securities fraud and complex business disputes to product liability and police misconduct claims. He has achieved multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.
When not defending the rights of others, Andy is frequent lecturer at continuing legal education programs and seminars on topics ranging from trial strategy to in-depth examinations of legal issues. He also enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports.

Ben Stelter-Embry
Ben Stelter-Embry is a tireless and tenacious advocate for his clients. Before joining Protzman Law Firm, Ben was a managing attorney at Legal Aid of Western Missouri and an associate at two area firms representing public and private entities in a wide range of legal matters. In addition, Ben was an award-winning journalist before attending law school. His work has appeared on National Public Radio, WNYC, KCUR-FM, Vermont Public Radio, Ingram’s Magazine and the Poynter Institute, among others.
